Summary:

Leslie Turner, the enigmatic director of the Stitchers program, and developer of the Stitchers technology, discovers a serious threat to the program—a program he has already shown he will kill to protect. What begins as a dismissal from the agency, and the abrupt termination of his program, turns into a federal investigation. A theory from a close and trusted colleague takes him halfway across the country in search of the person responsible for sabotaging his career and the theft of the Stitchers technology.

Although Les will stop at nothing to regain possession of the technology that was stolen from him, he is not prepared for the personal and emotional costs, as the past comes back to haunt him in a way he never expected.

Truth Beneath Lies by Desert_Rose14

Summary:

This story is based on the events that occur in season five of Covert Affairs. There are some similarities with the events that occurred on the show that happen in this story, however, I've made several changes to them, altering them to the way I interpreted the events of season five. Following the events of the fifth season, is what I would've liked to have seen happen on the show, had there been a sixth season.

Summary:

Frank looked at the clock on his mantel, it was 2:30 in the morning, and shaking his head he thought ‘great way to spend a Saturday evening’.  He had pulled himself out of the dating scene when he met Susan, he thought they were compatible, and she understood his commitment to his job.  Two weeks ago, the bottom fell out when he was told he had to go Las Vegas for a couple of days.  They had an argument and both said hurtful things that they could never take back.  He wasn’t ready to return to the dating scene for all the people and relationships proved to be superficial.

Beautiful War by Desert_Rose14

Rated: FA • 5 Reviews
Summary:

Six years after Annie and Eyal part in Amsterdam, Annie is sent on a mission in Israel, the outcome of which is nothing she expects.

The title of this story comes from Kings of Leon's song "Beautiful War." Annie and Eyal have always had a somewhat love/hate relationship, however, I find that dynamic an interesting aspect of their relationship—their endless banter (which some have said is them fighting like a married couple), their desire to save and protect one another, the give-and-take they do with one another, and of course, the incredible chemistry and the depth of the feelings they have for each other. And thus, as seen from some of the song lyrics I've added below, their relationship is like a "beautiful war" to me.

"Bite your tongue, don't make a scene, dear. Everybody's been here, least once before—but we've been here more. Your heart breaks...And I've seen it all go, come back around. And I've heard the sound. The tip of your tongue, the top of your lungs, is doing my head in. I say, 'Love, don't mean nothing, unless there's something worth fighting for.' It's a beautiful war. When I hold the warmth of your body, there's nobody that I'd rather hold...I say 'Love, don't mean nothing, unless there's something worth fighting for.' It's a beautiful war."  Kings of Leon, "Beautiful War"

Summary:

With a gasp, Jocelyn jerked awake. She was curled up tightly in her bed, tears still sliding down her cheeks, and she could feel her heart thrumming wildly in her chest. For a moment she was disoriented. Looking around quickly, she realized she was not out in the desert somewhere, but safe in her hotel room. The gauzy curtains moved in and out with the currents of the night wind, their soft white billows soothing the frightened woman. Listening carefully, she heard nothing out of the ordinary. Jocelyn made herself lie quietly, consciously drawing slow, deep breaths and exhaling them fully to calm herself. Once her heart had settled back to a normal pace, she chided herself for her panic.
