Please can we have eyal''s point of view. Love the story

Author's Response:

Hello,

Thank you for reading my story! I always appreciate feedback or questions from readers.

In regards to Eyal's point-of-view in this "trilogy," it's been somewhat stalled, since I haven't worked on this series in awhile. However, I began working on his part of the story about two weeks ago, and it's coming along - it's just not finished yet. I don't think it'll be posted this weekend (stories are usually updated on Sundays), but hopefully I'll have it completed by the next weekend.

Thank you again for reading, and keep an eye out for an update to this story in the next few weeks.

Thank you for writing this. I did enjoy reading it so much that I can't wait for the next one. if there still is a next one. You can't leave it hanging like this!! lol but thank you, this is one of the best Annie-Eyal fanfic I've read so far. I'm hoping that this is what will happen on season 5 of Covert Affairs. The Annie and Auggie thing has been quite obvious from the start. I like them better as friends.

I guess what I like about Eyal is the subtle things he does for Annie and the thing they got going on. I'm hoping that in Season 5, there's be more of it. Basically what happened in your story.

Thanks again! write soon? :)

Author's Response:

Thank you for your very kind words about my story. I always enjoy feedback from my readers - if they enjoy the story, I like to know what works; and if they don't like it, I like to know why they didn't like it and take those comments to improve my next story.

I assure you that there is indeed more to this story; however, I deliberately left the ending of this one hanging - I wanted to pull in readers so that they'd want to read more.

As for the actual show, I too would like to see something like this happen. I enjoy the subtle things Eyal does for Annie as well. Personally, I find that Auggie has to work for Annie's attention and affection, where with Eyal, he just captures Annie's attention the moment he walks into a room; and on an affectionate level, the attraction has been there since their first mission together in Zurich. :) I too like Annie and Auggie as friends; and even though them getting together at some point has been obvious from the beginning, I really can't see them lasting forever, though I'm sure the writers or show runners will certainly try to make it last for as long as it can.

Again, I think what Eyal does for Annie is far more impactful than what Auggie does for her. Auggie's great, helping Annie out where he can, but it's his job to help her, where Eyal isn't "professionally" bound to Annie, meaning that he doesn't have to help her if he doesn't want to - he works for a rival agency and could have left Annie stranded so many times, but he's always there for her because he loves her (and I buy the love Eyal has for Annie more than I do the "love" Auggie has for her - Eyal's love is a real, deep, passionate love, whereas Auggie's is just a fun, friendly BFF kind of love. I just don't feel or see the passion between Annie and Auggie, but I definitely see and feel it with Annie and Eyal!). Eyal does little things that aren't glaringly obvious to some people, and I find that means more than having to make something really obvious. I hope there will be more of Eyal next season too, because his too-brief return this season wasn't nearly enough. The show needs him more than they realize, not just from a fanbase perspective, but with the show's survival as well - they just can't cut Eyal out of the show and expect it to last.

Anyways, I've rambled on here too much. I just wanted to say thank you for your response to my story. As I said, there's definitely more, I just haven't had the time to write much lately. I should have more time in a few weeks, once my course is finished and I've written the final exam for it. So there will be more coming when I have the time to write.

So, here's a question for you now. Even though I won't give away any spoilers, I'm curious to see what you think - who do you think Annie was talking to on the phone at the end of the story?

Thank you again for your comments - I look forward to your responses more in the future. :)
